Here are the City Color Cosmetics Highlighting Wands. I am a sucker for liquid and cream highlighters. Apply them with a beauty blender and you will have the most flawless glow! Here I swatched and then below it I dabbed with a beauty blender to show sort of how these bad boys wear. I am pretty obsessed with "blush wine" and may or may not smear it all over my whole face. These are easy to blend. They start off very sheer and are buildable. This is going to be helpful for those who are just starting to use a highlight because you won't end up with tons of highlighter migrating in all the wrong places. These SEMI dry so potentially you COULD smear or mess it up if you rubbed hard enough on your face. But c'mon, you know better than that after you worked hard on your makeup! These are $7 but we do have a 15% off discount code which is "DUPETHAT". Want other ideas for your City Color purchase? We have reviews with swatches of other City Color items!

These are very slim tubes. I rated it slightly low as I had a little mishap with pumping the wand while it was upside down which resulted in overflow of product all over my hand.

These are easy to apply as they are wand applicators- but dry pretty quickly so you have to move fast.

Creamy face products are obviously more noticeable than powder, but you don't feel these after they set.
