Pacifica Power of Love Coconut Infused Mineral Eyeshadows Review

Here are swatches of the Pacifica Power of Love coconut infused mineral eye shadows ($20)

So, this palette is exclusively at Target and is 100% Vegan & cruelty-free. When I first opened this palette I wasn't really excited by the colors at all. However, these are just as velvety soft as they claim to be! The color payoff is great since the eye shadows are so soft. The quality is great, I just wish the eye shadows were a tiny bit bigger for $20 at target. With that being said, I still think you're getting a great value. What do you think? Have you tried this or other Pacifica items?
