Colourpop Lippie Stix Review

It's no mystery that we LOVE Colourpop Cosmetics! We though we'd share some swatches to help your online shopping (because swatches are everything when you're ordering online). Why do we love them? Their lippie stix formula is unmatched. Even the mattes are hydrating thanks to the vitamin e, avocado oil, and other lip loving ingredients. Not to mention they are insanely pigmented! They last throughout the day with little reapplication. And what? Only $5? Yeah we will take them all, Thanks. Side note: Yes, you do get less product than most lipsticks. But they're $5 and amazing! Buy several colors for the price of one high end lipstick, and test it out to see what colors you like. We think it's an awesome product.

Packaging
4
White slim line tubes with holographic silver text. We love this unique packaging. However, it's a little deceiving because it holds about the same amount of product as one third of a MAC lipstick.
Scent
I personally love the scent. I thought it smelled like vanilla, but Jaclyn Hill said it smells like Cabbage Patch Kids so I'm sticking with that.
Application
This is about the smoothest formula around. All of the finishes apply wonderfully.
Pigmentation
 Pigmentation differs amongst finishes/shades.
Comfort
These are incredibly smooth and moisturizing.
Longevity
These last about as long as any standard MAC cremesheen.
Dupability (Originality)
3
There are a ton of different shades of the lippie stix, but we've found a lot of them are dupes for MAC lipsticks!

Overall Score: 4.3

  2. I think an ultra matte/ liner review would help match the new CP shades to existing liners.
