J Cat Beauty Triple Crown Baked Shadow Review

Here are the J Cat Beauty Triple Crown Baked Shadows ($5.99). There are plenty more of these that we will swatch (this is 4 out of 12 I believe). So first impression was that these are a pretty good sized eye shadow and the colors were all really appealing. Each eye shadow has three stripes of shimmering color and every trio goes so gorgeously together. These are said to be very creamy powders but I felt that they were kind of dry and chalky to the touch. Luckily they didn't preform any less amazing than if it were creamy! They were extremely pigmented and blendable. I felt as though I barely picked up any product and the color payoff would be phenomenal. These are definitely a great value for their price! Have you tried these?!

Packaging
3.5
These come in little compacts with a clear top so you can easily see what is inside. I would have preferred them to be in a small trio palette rather than one product with three stripes, but this does make combining colors easy.

Application
4.5
They are supposedly creamy but they feel very dry and chalky to me, much like baked blushes or bronzers.

 Nothing short of amazing, here!
Comfort
 5
As with most shadows, there's no issues with comfort throughout the day.

No problems, but as always, use a primer!

There isn't many products on the market right now like these.
